Return & Refunds

We hope you love your Charlotte & Honey purchase! If you need to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Final Sale Items

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please contact us regarding a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
