Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2-10 business days, depending on the item, its fulfillment location, and the shipping destination.

Some items may ship separately if your order contains products fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 for U.S. orders under $80. 

FREE standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $80 or more.

Tracking 

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been processed by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Charlotte & Honey is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
